After years of tears with my youngest, I’m so glad we found this pediatric dentist. Everyone has been amazing! Took my two boys to have a dental cleaning. The front office staff was friendly. The dental assistant that took photos was nice, efficient and patient with my six year old. The dentist is amazing! I absolutely love this office and would definitely recommend.

She and her team treated our child with excellent skill and the most patience. We were in and out within 20 minutes. Best dentist we have ever been to, and they took care of both kids at once. I switched over to CPPD, and they were able to get us into an appointment within a week. Awesome staff and will definitely continue with this dentist.

Our first visit went great! My kids had been to the dentist before, but we had to switch because of insurance so I was nervous. Both of my kids did great, and they even let my daughter sit on the chair with me when she got nervous to finish the cleaning. They had fun toys for them to pick from afterwards too. I highly recommend them!

We had an amazing experience at this dental office. Everyone is kind and friendly from the moment you walk through the door. It is a warm and welcoming feeling. I feel like most dentists, even the ones for kids, are just so cold and not welcoming, and I know I had a horrible experience as a kid. My daughter didn’t have the best experience at our last office and is very terrified. I mean, just bringing up the dentist brings her to tears, and my son is normally a little nervous as well and had a bad experience during X-rays at the first place I took him to. This experience was amazing! My son never even flinched, and my daughter only cried until she actually got in the chair. Neither one of them complained at all during the entire process, and the dentist herself was very informing. She didn’t mind me asking 100 questions or being right there to see everything. It is very clean, warm, and inviting. I highly recommend this office. It isn’t the closest for us at all, but it is worth the drive!

My daughter received a referral from her original dentist to this practice for oral surgery. Which this place did not offer. However, they were amazing! My son had to be put under for IV sedation and they gave him the gas to put him to sleep first. They were absolutely amazing! My son is a 4-level 2 nonverbal on the spectrum with some developmental delays. He still did really really well at understanding what they were saying to him, they explained it that he was going to get a “party room” and a poke on his arm, & will breathe smelly air but they made the whole thing extremely comfortable for him! Best thing is he’s not traumatized of the dentist and he had over eight teeth worked on. They had a cash option, which was awesome. Absolutely loved the Dr. and the anesthesia team!

This is hands down the best pediatric dental experience we’ve had. Dr. Claudette was so patient and gentle, and really knew how to connect with my child and make them feel at ease. The whole team was friendly and welcoming, and the office itself is very kid-friendly. Everything was explained clearly, and we never felt rushed. The doctor & her staff were very patient & thorough! My grandson is severe/profound autistic, he has had regular dental visits for the past 4 yrs(with a different dentist); this was the first time he had x-rays, flossed & complete exam(using dental instruments to check for cavities). Now was he happy, not really; but it’s necessary for his overall oral hygiene/health.

This is an amazing pediatric dentist office!! I took my son (age 3) for his first visit and they were so kind and gentle with him, they were very understanding towards him being scared and went above and beyond to make sure he felt comfortable, they showed him each tool and explained what was happening in a way he would understand before each step, they have a great and very clean waiting area filled with toys to keep the kids busy and happy and a really cool prize setup for when the visit is over (which my son was amazed by).

Dr. Claudette was absolutely phenomenal! My daughter was a walking ball of stress before she went in to get 2 fillings done, Dr. Claudette and her became best friends by the time my daughter left! My daughter loved it so much there, she said she didn’t even want to leave (crazy I know!) the entire staff is extremely friendly, and makes sure your children are comfortable. I won’t ever want to take my daughter anywhere else.

I took my eight-year-old in this morning and he was impressed and happy to find a very child friendly office with holiday decorations hanging from the ceiling, toys on the walls, and easel, books, and Legos. He got his filling, and Dr. Claudette was very compassionate and kind. This was his first appointment at crown point pediatric dentistry and he was put right at ease immediately.

Both my son and I were a little anxious about him getting a cavity filled. I know the process as an adult so I wasn’t sure if it was the same for him. They used scented happy gas and did it so fast that I wish they treated adults because I would change dentists in a heartbeat. Everyone was amazing from the dentist to the hygienist and the interns too.

Dr. Munyabera and her whole staff at Crown Point Pediatric Dentistry were truly incredible. My young son needed a filling, and our family dentist didn’t feel confident in doing the procedure for a little kid. Dr. Munyabera made my son comfortable and happy, and the filling was done with ease. I can’t imagine a better first dental experience for my son.

Dr. Claudette and her staff were very informative to me as a mother and kind and gentle with my 6yo old daughter. Her process involved zero pain and fear of the dentist.

Nobody wants to have to deal with trauma of the mouth when they have a baby, but if you do this pediatric dentist office is amazing!! so welcoming so friendly so clean the office is beautiful. VERY SATISFIED with this pediatric dentist. Not only were they patient with my very nervous 2yr old, that needed some work done BUT they were trying their absolute best to help console him and reassured me that everything was okay and he was doing a great job. Everyone was knowledgeable about our needs and what was going on. The doctor not only did her job with his teeth, but gave us knowledge and tips to use at home for preventative care. The staff was SO FRIENDLY and understood and answered the millions of questions I had asked and made me feel good about asking them. We go back in a couple weeks for second round of care and my little already can’t wait to see them.

When I say I was blown away by the staff I mean it! It was such an amazing experience for me and my 7 year old son. He was scared going into it but that quickly melted away when we started. They were so great to him and really helped make him feel comfortable and safe. They will be his dentist from here on out, no doubt about it.
