All of the staff was amazing with my autistic daughter. Very kind and compassionate about her anxiety and behavior struggles. Very easy to communicate to make appointment and answered any questions. Would leave more stars if possible. Highly recommend Dr. Munyabera.

I’m so glad I found this place! I especially appreciate that you guys accept state insurance. ❤️ My son usually doesn’t like going to the dentist, but he opened up to the staff so quickly. You can tell right away when you meet people who genuinely love what they do and care about the children they’re working with. They were able to get my son scheduled for his surgery right away instead of making us wait around, which meant so much to me...

Clean & up-to-date place. Great people working there. They were friendly and kid-focused. Very nice lobby with a play area. Smiles and conversations from everyone. They also tell you everything that’s going on or going to happen. Both of my children go here and will continue to. Thank you, CP Pediatric Dentistry.

As someone with a child that's very nervous to go to the dentist, everyone was very quick, efficient, and friendly.

They saw both my sons, and they are wonderful!!! My youngest is autistic and nonverbal, and they were so patient and understanding with him. I recommend them to my family and friends all the time. The waiting room is very nice; they even have a mini fridge with drinks and a coffee bar.

I love how kind everyone here is. The waiting room is so clean and perfect for keeping my children busy. The dentist was very kind and patient with my child on the spectrum.

This is the only place I will bring my family. The kids feel so comfortable with the doctor, and the assistants are wonderful.

The staff is very friendly. Nice facility!

The doctor and staff were kind and patient with my little ones. The doctor listened and took my concerns into consideration. After having not-so-good experiences at other dental offices, CPPD was a breath of fresh air.

Thank you for making my daughter’s first dentist experience amazing. The cleaning and procedure were both great. The staff was both patient and kind. She actually looks forward to going to the dentist and doesn’t have a fear. All of my questions were answered, and all billing was explained upfront, so there were no hidden fees or unexpected expenses. Thanks again!

I love the place. They are nice people, very helpful, and respectful.

My daughter had her first dentist experience here, and it was fantastic! They took their time to make sure she was comfortable and to answer all of my questions. We will definitely be returning.

We love Dr. Claudette. Super sweet & patient. Great with kids.

All the staff was very kind and helpful. The dentist was amazing with my daughter, as well as the dental assistants. She will definitely be going back!

We had a great experience! The office is super clean. Everyone had great patience!

Very pleased with our experience! They did excellent and were very patient and professional.

After years of tears with my youngest, I’m so glad we found this pediatric dentist. Everyone has been amazing! They went above and beyond for my daughter, who has ADHD and was very scared about her extensive dental work. The staff was incredibly patient and made her feel completely comfortable and welcome. Highly recommend!

Dr. Munyabera is wonderful. She is thorough, patient and so kind. I recommend her over and over.

Great staff, and great doctors.

Took my two boys to have a dental cleaning. The front office staff was friendly. The dental assistant that took photos was nice, efficient and patient with my six year old. The dentist is amazing! I absolutely love this office and would definitely recommend.

We were completely blown away by the outstanding and expeditious treatment our toddler received while in Dr. Munyabera's care. She and her team treated our child with excellent skill and the most patience. When needing urgent, time sensitive care, she and her team went out of their way to help our toddler get her best smile back! I have already recommended this team to a friend!

I love it!

My first time taking my kids to the dentist (1 & 2 years old ). They were so patient with my boys! The entire staff is so sweet! Definitely recommend this practice!

Very caring and gentle. My daughter is 5 and needed a couple of fillings. She did great without any laughing gas, felt comfortable, and cared for. I’m so happy with the service and care of my child.

The staff are all very friendly. Dr. Claudette is excellent with kids and explaining what needs to be done to protect and treat kids' teeth. The office is wonderful. Thank you!

Great experience!

I was totally satisfied with the visit for both my kiddos there. They were very friendly and explained everything to me, and my kiddos LOVED IT.

We were in and out within 20 minutes. Best dentist we have ever been to, and they took care of both kids at once. I switched over to CPPD, and they were able to get us into an appointment within a week. Awesome staff and will definitely continue with this dentist.

Our first visit went great! My kids had been to the dentist before, but we had to switch because of insurance so I was nervous. Both of my kids did great, and they even let my daughter sit on the chair with me when she got nervous to finish the cleaning. They had fun toys for them to pick from afterwards too. I highly recommend them!

Great place. They were kind and gentle and made my granddaughter feel great.

We had an amazing experience at this dental office. Everyone is kind and friendly from the moment you walk through the door. It is a warm and welcoming feeling. I feel like most dentists, even the ones for kids, are just so cold and not welcoming, and I know I had a horrible experience as a kid. My daughter didn’t have the best experience at our last office and is very terrified. I mean, just bringing up the dentist brings her to tears,...

My daughter received a referral from her original dentist to this practice for oral surgery. Which this place did not offer. However, they were amazing! Understood my frustration and handled it with grace! Went above and beyond to get me to the right place, all with care and compassion! Highly recommend.

Wonderful and kind individual care! Each of the children received tips and goals to strive for at the end of their visit. Highly recommend!

My son had to be put under for IV sedation and they gave him the gas to put him to sleep first. They were absolutely amazing! My son is a 4-level 2 nonverbal on the spectrum with some developmental delays. He still did really really well at understanding what they were saying to him, they explained it that he was going to get a “party room” and a poke on his arm, & will breathe smelly air but they made the whole thing...

Thank you CP Pediatric Dentistry for taking good care of my little girl during the entire procedure and reassuring us. Highly recommended clinic. Once again thank you everyone.

Amazing experience! My little guy was immediately at ease in the peaceful office atmosphere. The staff was amazing. Susan and Dr. were very thorough and calm in the exam and made my son at ease and want to come back (he hates going to the dentist typically) We were both very happy with his visit.

Dr. Claudette and her team are amazing! They helped my 4 yr old son feel comfortable and kept me informed throughout the whole time. The anesthesia team that works with her office is just as great! Highly recommend!

This office is amazing. Highly recommend.

Brought my daughter there for her very first appointment! She was very nervous! She said that you guys were very nice and her and her dad were very happy with the way you guys treated her and worked with her! She also enjoyed your Toy area!

Dr. Claudette was very patient and understanding with my special needs son during his visit. Highly recommend!!!!

Staff and dentist truly care about your child's well-being. Explained everything for the future dental plan and were very kind. Cute and very clean office. Will definitely be back & thankful to have found them!

This is hands down the best pediatric dental experience we’ve had. Dr. Claudette was so patient and gentle, and really knew how to connect with my child and make them feel at ease. The whole team was friendly and welcoming, and the office itself is very kid-friendly. Everything was explained clearly, and we never felt rushed. My child actually left smiling and asking when we can come back. Dr. Claudette & her staff are seriously the greatest with my kiddos. I am so...

We had a great experience at Crown Point Pediatric Dentistry! It was our first time there and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. The hygienist was wonderful and took the time to explain everything clearly. The dentist was also very patient and thorough, making sure we understood everything. They made the whole visit comfortable and easy. Highly recommend!

The doctor & her staff were very patient & thorough! My grandson is severe/profound autistic, he has had regular dental visits for the past 4 yrs(with a different dentist); this was the first time he had x-rays, flossed & complete exam(using dental instruments to check for cavities). Now was he happy, not really; but it's necessary for his overall oral hygiene/health.

This is an amazing pediatric dentist office!! I took my son (age 3) for his first visit and they were so kind and gentle with him, they were very understanding towards him being scared and went above and beyond to make sure he felt comfortable, they showed him each tool and explained what was happening in a way he would understand before each step, they have a great and very clean waiting area filled with toys to keep the kids busy and happy...

Very good, fun and friendly dentistry for children I highly recommend especially if you have a child with autism like mines this is the place to go!

My daughter walked in fearful and unsure but left excited to go back. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and patient. The dentist especially went above and beyond to play music and sing and dance with my daughter during her procedure.

Dr. Claudette was absolutely phenomenal! My daughter was a walking ball of stress before she went in to get 2 fillings done, Dr. Claudette and her became best friends by the time my daughter left! My daughter loved it so much there, she said she didn’t even want to leave (crazy I know!) the entire staff is extremely friendly, and makes sure your children are comfortable. I won’t ever want to take my daughter anywhere else.

After having a horrible experience at another practice, Dr. Munyabera is a breath of fresh air. Her voice & demeanor is calming and gentle & she took the time to make sure processes were explained to my scared child.

I really wish I brought my kids here from the start. Amazing care all around from being informative to us and to children during the exam/procedure. I highly recommend Crown Point Pediatrics. Get the second or third opinion and do yourself a favor and just come here first!

Excellent service with kind and compassionate care! And the office is beautiful filled with plenty of activities and the staff is super sweet!

Great service. Friendly staff.

"Such a great experience with my 4 year old, everyone was super friendly and make him so comfortable. He loved the play area in the waiting room, and of course the prize wall! Dr Claudette is absolutely amazing, as is the whole staff. Highly recommend this practice."

Excellent experience, Dr Bologna was very gentle and professional.

Best experience my daughter has had when getting a cap on her tooth. Would definitely recommend!!!

They gave us prizes and they took good care of us.

I took my eight-year-old in this morning and he was impressed and happy to find a very child friendly office with holiday decorations hanging from the ceiling, toys on the walls, and easel, books, and Legos. He got his filling, and Dr. Claudette was very compassionate and kind. This was his first appointment at crown point pediatric dentistry and he was put right at ease immediately.

Everyone was so kind, patient and welcoming. My sons cap fell off and they were able to replace it the same day.

Good staff

Best pediatric dental experience I’ve ever had.

It was a very friendly environment for my kids first time there! Will recommend.

So great with kids with Sensory Processing Disorder.

All staff were very kind, my two-year-old was crying and they were so sweet to talk to her so nicely, the office is very clean with toys for kids to play with while you wait! I highly recommend. They do take Medicaid insurance 🙏🏼

Great staff and doctor absolutely 10/10

I was looking for a new pediatric dentist for my son due to a bad experience. I’m happy I took the time to look because I found the perfect fit for him coming here. Super clean & staff are so friendly.

Both my son and I were a little anxious about him getting a cavity filled. I know the process as an adult so I wasn’t sure if it was the same for him. They used scented happy gas and did it so fast that I wish they treated adults because I would change dentists in a heartbeat. Everyone was amazing from the dentist to the hygienist and the interns too.

I highly highly highly recommend if you ever come across anything concerning (hopefully you don’t!!) She was so gentle and calm. I got to be in the chair next to my 3 year old, talking to him and holding his hands the whole time reassuring him. Very clean office too and staff was soooo nice.

Nice office and supportive staff! So glad to have the Crown Point location available. Thank you for all that you do!

Dr. Munyabera and her whole staff at Crown Point Pediatric Dentistry were truly incredible. My young son needed a filling, and our family dentist didn't feel confident in doing the procedure for a little kid. Dr. Munyabera made my son comfortable and happy, and the filling was done with ease. I can't imagine a better first dental experience for my son.

This was the first time ever taking my 4-year-old son to the dentist. The staff and dentist were amazing with him! We got in and out in no time! Definitely recommend!

The staff is so nice and educational! A beautiful office too!

What a wonderful experience! My son has always been scared, and this was the first time he did not cry. We had to switch dentists because we got new insurance, and I was so happy to find this pediatric dentist close to our house. It was clean and airy feeling, and my son said everyone was so nice. Will definitely be back!

Very pleasant staff. Clean, friendly and accommodating.

The nicest and most helpful staff. The dentist was extremely supportive and wonderful with my daughter who is nonverbal and made this mama feel at ease knowing she was in such good hands. I would recommend their care to all!

They are all SO sweet in this office. My son has never been so comfortable at the dentist before. He had to have a cap put on and she held his hand the whole time. They take the time to answer all of his questions which he has a lot lol. They are so caring and make sure you have the best experience.

My daughter experienced some trauma to her front 3 teeth this weekend and ended up getting baby teeth pulled. Dr. Claudette and her staff were very informative to me as a mother and kind and gentle with my 6yo old daughter. Her process involved zero pain and fear of the dentist. We will be bringing all our children there for all further dental work. Beautiful new office with a staff that loves kiddos and is built to make them comfortable and happy!

Great dentist and staff for working with kids. Such a calming experience! No wait time at all, very friendly office staff.

Nobody wants to have to deal with trauma of the mouth when they have a baby, but if you do this pediatric dentist office is amazing!! so welcoming so friendly so clean the office is beautiful. I am beyond happy and feel very comfortable with the doctor. She took such amazing care of my daughter during such a hard time. when your baby is going through something so painful, this doctor is five stars all around! 💜💜💜

Very patient with children. Super informative.

The staff was very kind and made my son feel comfortable. They explained everything to help me understand. I had a great experience, and look forward to bringing my family here from now on.

From the receptionist to the doctor, everyone was so kind! My 2 year old son was nervous / crying during the cleaning + exam but the hygienist & doctor were super thorough. They made me feel better about the appointment since I was also nervous. We cannot wait to go back in 6 months!

VERY SATISFIED with this pediatric dentist. Not only were they patient with my very nervous 2yr old, that needed some work done BUT they were trying their absolute best to help console him and reassured me that everything was okay and he was doing a great job. Everyone was knowledgeable about our needs and what was going on. The doctor not only did her job with his teeth, but gave us knowledge and tips to use at home for preventative care. The staff...

This a great dental office. Everyone is absolutely amazing, understanding, genuine & kind. I'm beyond grateful to have found this place! I love it and highly recommend!

Very knowledgeable Dentist and team, they are very friendly and polite. The office is clean and the front desk representatives are helpful, courteous.

Amazing staff ! First time here for my daughters cleaning and wow how amazing and kind everyone was. I feel awful that I forgot the hygienist name and the dentist name but both were absolutely amazing!

My daughter has been cared for by Dr. Munyabera for a cleaning and a chipped tooth. The entire staff was amazing and made her (and myself) feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Great dental experience.

Staff was amazing with my son! Made sure he was comfortable. The dentist Claudette Munyabera was wonderful even went as far as giving me her cell phone number if I wanted to text with any questions or concerns. Definitely going back!

When I say I was blown away by the staff I mean it! It was such an amazing experience for me and my 7 year old son. He was scared going into it but that quickly melted away when we started. They were so great to him and really helped make him feel comfortable and safe. They will be his dentist from here on out, no doubt about it. I'm a very happy mama ❤️ so thank you guys for being so fantastic....

Excellent service, reasonable pricing, flex pay, outstanding friendly staff!

Clean, caring and friendly. Generally has your child/children's best interest at heart.

Staff is really friendly. Place is clean and welcoming. Great with kids. I would recommend this office to everyone.
